Before entering real estate, Jonas honed his customer service and technical skills as an office equipment service technician for Canon and LDI. He later transitioned into sales as an account manager at LDI, where he developed a sharp eye for identifying issues before they arise and delivering solutions under pressure. These experiences shaped his flexible, empathetic, and service-oriented approach to real estate.

Having moved from the Philippines to New Jersey as a teenager, Jonas understands the emotional and logistical challenges of relocating. That personal journey fuels his passion for helping others find not just a house, but a home.

Jonas currently resides in Hopatcong, where he enjoys the serenity of lake views. Outside of work, he loves cooking, aqua scaping fish tanks, hiking, camping, and exploring the outdoors.
